Marmalade Cafe (Sherman Oaks location)

corned beef hash with marmalade potatoes
For the past couple of weeks I've been craving corned beef hash and have been having the hardest time finding any in Los Angeles. After some research, I finally found a place that served it, Marmalade Cafe in Sherman Oaks. It's a cute breakfast spot, but unfortunately the corned beef hash there failed. Good corned beef hash (at least the way I like it) should have some crispy parts and come with hash browns (they ran out, although their specialty potatoes were pretty tasty). The bacon was good, except for the burnt parts. Oh well, I'll continue my search for good corned beef hash when I get back to Los Angeles. By the way, the best I've ever had was at The Peppermill on the strip in Las Vegas (open 24 hours).

my knife and fork were doing some weird magnetized thing
